Your privacy is very important to us.

Our privacy policy is simple but strict. We will never rent, sell or share any information about you or your order to any company or individual. Third Party vendors (such as FedEx and UPS) are given only the information they need to help us fulfill your order and never for marketing purposes.

Shipments are discreetly packaged.

All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown or white boxes, padded envelopes, or FedEx/USPS supplied packaging. Our name appears as “MWM” on the return address and our logo does not appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations. For international shipments, where we must describe package contents, the descriptions are discreet and generic—i.e., “massage products” or “lotions”.

Sensitive information is encrypted.

All sensitive information, like your credit card number or contact information, is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer technology at 128 bit). We do not store or share any credit card information. Our ecommerce site is fully protected, guaranteed.

Choice of Contact

MyWetMonkey does not create or send unsolicited phone calls, email, or postal mail. Emails are automatically sent to confirm your order, notify you about backorders, and supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. We contact customers by phone only when there is a question about an order. We periodically send email newsletters, which you will receive only if you subscribe either on our site or during the check-out process. You may unsubscribe at any time. From time to time we may send out promotions to existing customers. If you ever receive any contact from us that you do not want, please email Customer Service with information about the contact so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again. If you are receiving our newsletter but do not wish to, please email us at unsubscribe@mywetmonkey.com if you would like to unsubscribe.

Shhhhh, it’s our secret! (about being anonymous)

Our mission is to assist and educate consumers about sexual health and vitality by providing an honest, open and fun (and slightly naughty!) environment for learning about sex and purchasing adult pleasure toys. In keeping with that mission, any tips, blogs, stories, reviews, or other writings you submit to us are kept anonymous, unless you request otherwise. Contest entries can be submitted under a false name; if you do so, you will need to certify that you are over 18. To receive any prizes, the winner will need to supply us with a real name and mailing address, which will be used only for shipping purposes and never published.

Security

Our shopping cart software uses SSL (Secure Socket Layering Technology) for every order. Your credit card information is considered highly confidential information, and any paperwork with the number not kept for our records will be shredded.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express online. We do not support PayPal payments. Also please call our Customer Service department at, (888) 442-5696 from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday, if you need any other help with your order and payment.

We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. We also require the CVV2 number from your card. This number assures that you have physical possession of the card. If you have any question about these issues, please call us at (888) 442-5696.

Shipping Methods

Most of our shipping is done via FedEx and UPS. UPS packages go out daily, Monday through Friday. UPS and FedEx require a physical street address (not a PO Box). If you want your order sent to a PO Box, we can send your package via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4-10 business days to arrive. Please note that if you choose UPS/FedEx shipping to a PO Box, we will send your package Priority Mail. APOs, FPOs and all mail to US territories (such as Guam) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

UPS deliveries MAY require the signature of the designated recipient. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, there are a couple of other options. You may ship your package to your workplace or the home of someone who is available during the day. When shipping to a business, we recommend writing “Personal and Confidential” in the reference field of the Shipping Information section. If selecting to ship your package to a third party, it is imperative that their name and address are used for the Shipping Information.

We do not ship on major Holidays such as: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Online orders are processed twice daily, at 9am and 1pm EST. Next Business Day and Second Business Day Air orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped same day. UPS 3 Day Select orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped the same day.

Other orders will be shipped within two days (not counting Saturday or Sunday). If you need your order by a certain date or time, you may want to place the order over the phone at (888) 442-5696 , from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday, so that we can advise you on shipping methods. International Shipping

All international orders placed through the web to countries other than Canada are sent via UPS International Expedited only. UPS requires a physical address and a phone number for every international order. Depending upon your destination country, deliveries will take 3-7 business days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you to UPS at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. UPS will not release shipments without a signature any longer, so please be aware that you will need to either sign a door tag or sign for the package directly.

We are required by customs to describe the contents of the packages we send internationally; for confidentiality reasons, we will use terms such as "message therapy”.

Shipping to Canada

We offer both UPS Standard Ground shipping to Canada and International Expedited to Canada. Expedited shipping to Canada takes 3-5 business days and includes all brokerage fees paid with your shipping charge. Standard Ground takes 5-7 business days but can take up to 10 business days depending upon the province and does not include brokerage fees. All duties and taxes are still paid by recipient and we have no control or refunds for packages seized by customs.

Tracking your order

You should receive a confirmation email that will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of your package. If you choose a UPS shipping method, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at customerservice@mywetmonkey.com for tracking information or call us at (888) 442-5696, from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Our Return Policy

If your item breaks or is defective: All of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Upon return of the defective item, we will gladly send a replacement or exchange. Just call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning your item (888) 442-5696, from 9am-5pm EST.

If you are dissatisfied with an item: Most unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been opened. We also do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of the following items: Harnesses, DVDs, Silicone Dildos, Fun Wand, Pure Wand, Pure Plug, We Vibe, Eleven, Naughtinano, or Delight.

Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Authorization (RA) number, please call us toll-free at (888) 442-5696. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
